6th National Children's Day
The 6th National Children's Day commemorative stamp, issued on July 23, 1990, is an issue dedicated to honoring the role and potential of Indonesia's younger generation. The stamp design features a visual representation of national education and character building through illustrations of an Elementary School Student and a Scout (Pramuka Penggalang). Technically, this stamp was produced using offset-lithography on unwatermarked paper in a horizontal format measuring 32.0 x 24.0 mm. Featuring a 12½ perforation gauge, the set consists of a single denomination of Rp500. This Mint condition specimen (unused) is a philatelic artifact that records the spirit of character building for the nation's children in the early 1990s.
